SOPMOD M4

The M4 is a lightweight, gas operated, air cooled, magazine fed, selective rate, shoulder fired weapon with a collapsible stock. A shortened variant of the M16A2 rifle, the M4 provides the individual soldier operating in close quarters the capability to engage targets at extended range with accurate, lethal fire. The SOPMODM-4A1 Accessory Kit provides the M4A1 Carbine with the flexibility and versatility to meet SOF mission-specific requirements. Items contained within the SOPMODM-4A1 Accessory Kit increase the weapons lethality through fire control and target acquisition both day and night during Close Quarter Battle (CQB) and to ranges of 500 meters. The M4 is the main firearm of all military Stargate team personnel

 

HK MP5-PDW

The Heckler and Koch MP5 Submachine gun is a lightweight, air-cooled, magazine-fed, delayed blowback operated, select-fire weapon that can be shouldered or hand fired. The H&K MP5 submachine gun is chambered for the 9x19mm Parabellum cartridge and utlizes a 30-round curved magazine. It fires from a closed-bolt position in semi-automatic, 2 or 3-round burst, and sustained fire modes. The PDW (Personal Defense Weapon) is essentially an MP5K with a folding stock, Vertical foregrip, and a threaded barrel. This weapon is carried by all non-military team personnel.

 

Beretta M9

The standard issue sidearm of the US Armed Forces and SGC teams, The Beretta M9 is a semiautomatic, locked-breech delayed recoil operated, double/single action pistol chambered for the 9 mm Parabellum cartridge, designed and manufactured by Beretta.

 

FN M249 SAW-Para

The M249 is an air-cooled, belt-fed, fully-automatic-only firearm that fires from an open bolt position. It can accept linked 5.56 x 45mm NATO ammunition through the top-mounted feed tray or M16 magazines through the side-mounted port. Linked ammunition can be fed from either a loose belt or from a plastic 200-round ammunition box clipped under the receiver. The M249 Para version features a retractable stock and a shorter barrel. It was designed as a paratrooper weapon, although its compact dimensions make it desirable in any combat scenario.

 

Tactical Comms Throat Mic

This is a throat mic that uses a method of induction that picks up voice signals through vibrations in the neck. The result is clear communication without any background noise from the environment. Transmit button is a PTT switch located on the LBV next to the radio.

 

LBV - Load Bearing Vest

This is the tactical LBV used by SG team operators.
