"Bills, Bills, Bills" foi outro grande sucesso nos USA, chegou a atingir o primeiro lugar das paradas. No Brasil, ele ficou mais popular depois do lançamento de "The Writing's On The Wall". Este foi o primeiro single do álbum.
A música fala sobre um cara que antes era divertido, mas depois começa a pedir dinheiro e o carro emprestado para sair. "Bills, Bills, Bills (Contas, Contas, Contas)", significa que as garotas para quem os namorados vem pedir dinheiro, têm contas pa-ra pagar. O video-clip se passa num salão de cabelereiro, em homenagem à mãe de Beyoncé, Tina Knowles.
Só existem as versões remixes do Maurice Joshua e um remix chamado "I Can't Go For That (Bills, Bills, Bills Remix)" - que é uma versão totalmente diferente da original, apesar de ser uma versão com uma letra totalmente diferente, ainda há algumas par-tes da letra original.
