Hi guys! No cool screen name here (I've left my creativity at the office), it's just plain ole Cherlyn. I'm 26 years old and a resident of Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. I currently am employed by a commercial architectural firm, designing and space planning. When I'm not at work I'm either on the computer chatting with friends, curling up with a good book, playing with my dog, or just relaxing to the sounds of some good music. My tastes range from R&B and rap to those Oldies but Goodies. I have an extensive CD collection, and one era of music I really love is the 80's. I rarely watch television, but one show I cannot miss is "Dawson's Creek." Unfortunately for me, I missed out on all of season one, but have been an avid fan ever since.
Going to Wilmington was so much fun for me. I tried not to let the "down in the dumps" attitude of a select few get me too down, although I was the leader of the convention and as such I felt I owed a certain amount to these people who had traveled across country to land in Wilmington, NC. Although the trippers were never guaranteed a single thing, I believe we came away with a lot. Some of us more so than others, but how can you predict something like that. You can't! My final say is that I believe we were all very lucky in one way or another, and I wouldn't have traded my experience with anything.
Thanks to all the cast and crew of Dawson's Creek for making our trip truly memorable. :)
