MADE IN CHINA
I got this little guy from a thrift store for 90 cents. I had a little bit of trouble finding bends on it since it was a black blob. I originally was going to put a 50 K pot on it, but then I remembered that I had a few photocells lying around and maybe I should give it a try. So I did. This is my first bend using a photocell and a volume LED.
PRE-MODIFICATION PICTURES:
Sorry... no pre-mod pics. Not much different from the modded pics.
MODIFICATIONS:
1) Pitch photocell - Moving your hand across it while it is playing causes the pitch to go up and down. The darker it is, the lower the pitch.
2) Clipping button - Push the yellow button (the sun as I call it) and the sound it modified a little bit.
3) Volume LED - The LED pulses to the beat of the noise
4) 1/4" audio out

SOUNDS:
creatoy.mp3 - A sample of me running through some of the sounds, first using the photocell, later using the 'clipping' mod.
FUTURE MODIFICATIONS PLANNED:
1) The clipping mod made some cooler noises than it does now prior to wiring. I think I may have had a stray wire touching something when I found the mod. The button is kick ass where it is, so I may try to find another mod to replace the clipping mod.
