Ice Ninja

Description: These are people who were born with the ability to control ice, and freeze objects. They are human. They need to train to control their abilities completely. They are extremely rare, only 5 known in the universe.

Abilites:

• Freeze Blast Can freezes others and things using an ice blast.
• Ice Weapons Can create weapons from ice.
• Ice Statue Can create an ice statue of self for short period of time, that freezes others that coem into contact with it.
• Copies The ninja can create a copy of themself out of their element with a mind of its own, but still listens to creator. The user can make the copy disappear at any time.

Weaknesses:

• Heat Under extremely hot conditions (95F and over), a ice ninja's abilites falter, and can cause the ninja to become knocked out, and perhaps die.
