SSJ 4 : You go this form when you have 195,000,000 to all status ! you travel faster , you move faster , your reflexes work better , you heal 2 % every half minute , you do 25 % more ki damage and 15 % more physical damage , you get + 18 % ressistance and + 18 % damage reduce , you cannot get Combo'd , Confused , Stunned and Blinded . You get your tail back and learn Anchient Monkey Armor , you are imuum to Electro Magnic Bomb , you get 5,000,000 to all status , you have 0.25 x more health and strenght . Cell Completed : ( cell only ) You go in this form when you have absorbed atleast 2 androids , and have 750,000,000 to all status , you get 50,000,000 to all status once , you heal 6 % every 45 seconds , you move allot faster , you travel 2 days faster , you do 25 % more physical damage and 25 % more ki damage , you get 5 % more ressistance and you find a Time Machine = You'll find a note and instruction within the machine to go back and come back , absorbing the final android there in that time ( basicly 16 ) , the machine will only have power to travel back ones and then back to your own time , after you used it you'll get + 50,000,000 to all status ! And go up 1 level , and get 10 % more ressistance )
