> If a battle is going on and your in the convercation please dont write things or the ones fighting can attack you , so be aware ( refs not included ) !
>This rule is the biggest of them all :p : A new world will be avaible to the members in the rpg , a kind of matrix world that is trying to take over the real world and universe , if you enter that world , be aware that you can't fade or instant transport or use some mascc's there anymore , and you'll not be able to get any item into the world , exept for clothes or armor , and the stated time line will become 2 x slower and so will the bullet time , so you'll be slower in a way and faster in a other way , you will be able to break some rules for a reason ( there will be agents or other characters that will try to kill you , some characters will help you in a way ) , To have items in that world you'll need to hide it under your clothes , meaning you can't bring much , and if you go back the items that were with you will dissapear even if you leave it there . If you see a agent in the real world ( please report it , you'll be rewared , tell the code on his body and we will track him , if the agent see's you in the real or matrix world you may run or stay and fight him . I will be controlling the agent or my friend , or somebody else in the site , you'll have to come on msn and face him , Then you may try to run or fight him , you'll get information about his power so dont worry , more questions about it just ask me !
> Dont ask me how to find a agent or a secret item or how to go in a mystery stage and so on !
> Allot of new mascc's will come , only avaible for the uwr races , so dont choose it if your not .

MONEY :
Money will be harder to earn , you'll have to pay bills , the stronger masters , being on a other planet , and so on , if you dont save enought money you'll have to give a item to the goverment ( Dont go say things like i join the goverment , blow up the goverment , kill people that work there and so on ) if you cant give a item or something else you will have no house making it so that you cant marry or do some other things !
( RPGING ) Buying Stuff , Learning Things , Searching things how to do it >?
Easy just send me a mail , what you are going to do , it will be putt in a page saying whay the person has done or is going to do , so we can keep track if the status is correct or incorrect , and if there are mistakes pls tell you are awarded then with money or status boost ! , it would be nice if you put in the mail how long it takes to learn it or how much it costs what you are buying or learning , or say on which page you saw it so it's easier for me to update ;-) !
TRAINING-LEARNING THINGS-TRAVELING-SEARCHING AND SO ON :
Now if you search something , do gravitron training , you can't learn or train for other things aswell , and when you search something training is not that possible , maybe a few minus things , when learning things its the same you cant train for a other thing then aswell or do other stuff , when traveling you may do gravitron training and some things , but not learn mascc's then or buy stuff ( only when being a computer nutt ) , and some minus things .
BATTLING - SPARRING ! :
As you can remember here you need to power up first to do anything in a spar or battle , ( 1 power up ) gives you the ability to fade already , and do small ki attacks , ( 2 power ups ) gives you the ability to use a spell , or cast already that makes you stronger or enemy weaker , no attacks or what so ever yet ! ( 3 power ups ) is enought to do a curse , normal to stronger ki attack , use other ability's and so on , ( 4 and higher = stronger and more effective what the thing will be used ) , 5 + is more faster and better , + 6 is for secret moves , + 7 makes the secret move stronger , + 8 makes it stronger , + 9 makes it last longer , + 10 gives ability to use stage moves , and + 11 makes it stronger and faster and last longer , + 12 enables to use everything to partner to wive to kid , and riveveall , effective massc's , mystery moves can be used at + 13 + !!! higher then that makes it just stronger and last longer and faster ... + please pay attention in battle or spar !!!
You cant go dodging , fading , reflecting , deflecting and so on , on every thing , play it fair or else you lose and you cant do anything for 3 days , this is a rpg so play it like you would like it , but follow the rules ;-) .
You cant battle more then 1 time a day , exept , if you are team challenged and normal challenged then you may have a ( handicap match , team match , tag match , and 1 against 1 match , so there are ways to battle more then onces . + Friendly battle doesnt count for this , thats a extra for 1 against 1 ! Friendly battle already counts as a battle ! , friendly battles may not be done in tag matches or handicap matches , for the rest you can .
Sparring may only be done 3 times a day , no exeptions on this !
PLANETS-RARE ITEMS-AND SO ON :
You cant have more then 1 bought planet , and the same rare item again ( only if you give it to kid or partner or spouse ) , if you have a move like split form or the ability to be 2 of you , you cant be at different planets , you need to be on the same planet to stay connected , and some minus things .
ITEMS-DRAGONBALLS! :
You cant wear armor over armor , clothes over clothes , suit over suit , searching for dragonballs and then on a other planet search for them again , more about this in dragonball page , you cant search for 2 rare items at a time , take the some drugs you already did , sock your item more then it can have , ask for runewords , gem codes , jewel sources , sell items back for half price , trade items with stores , and much more but that is explained .
Wives-Partners-Kids And You And So On :
Wives cant have : Partners , Cybamen , Bioman , Cyborgs , Kazuya's , And So On , Be a Engineer , Computer Nutt Or Repair Man , Learn Secret Or Mystery Moves By ThemSelf , Have a Extra Kid , Devorse and you take a other wife , Go in Spirit And Time Room , Learn Reviveall Mascc's , Take Drugs And Stuff .
Kids cant have : Wives , Take Drugs or Stuff , Have a Job , Search Dragonballs Or Rare Items , Build Things , Buy stuff on there own , Learn Mascc's from the attack page yet , and some minus things .
Partners cant have : Jobs , Wives , Cybamen , Bioman , Cyborgs , Kazuya's , And so on , Be a Engineer , Computer Nutt Or Repair Man , Learn Secret Or Mystery Moves By ThemSelf , and some minus things .
You cant have : more then 1 Wive , Kid , Partner , Job , Ship , Suit , And some minus things .
When Sending Mail Or Speaking To People :
No Swearing !
No Calling Names !
No Offending !
If this is seen your removed or cant do anything for 3 days !
MASCC'S :
( MOVES - ATTACKS - SPELLS - CURCES - CASTS ) = How to see which is which is putt behind the mascc with it shorted down like : MO , ATT , SP , CU , CA !
( TIME THE MASCC'S HIT IS PUT BEHIND THE MASCC'S , MORE ABOUT THIS IN THE TIME MASCC RULE ! )
Cant learn more then 3 mascc's at a time , in the Spirit And Time Room it's 5 at a time !
% is the remaining of his status = meaning that mascc's with a % cant kill the opponent ( some might can ) , still these are the strongest ! ( * )
Training with a master enables you to train with other things !
If you use a mascc more then once and it's prohibited , you will lose that mascc then and wont be able to do anything for 3 days ! ( * )
Mascc's made by a Move-Maker , can only be thoughed by them , and you wont be able to master it completly , only the Move-Maker himself can ! ( * )
Marrias - Chibbies can only learn mascc's from the mar mascc's or chibie mascc's , when they are 15 + they are able to start learning like you did .
Secret Or Mystery Mascc's cant be teached to a other player ( even if you fuse ) , this is prohibited , the one with the Secret Or Mystery Move migh be able to teach it to one of his followers , like his army , partner , wife ! ( * )
> Fading , Dodging , Reflecting , Countering , Avoiding , Deflecting , Intercepting ( and so on ) : have gone to be in a stated time line , meaning : You can't do it all the time , when being attacked ( * ) , If you do you'll disapear after 1.5 seconds , if it's a normal fade it will take 0.2 seconds , If your a Stage Higher it will not take in more time , for every stage higher you take off 0.15 seconds , but in bullet time meaning your enemy's will detect you 2 x slower then normal but if the enemy's stonger like a form higher or has more speed he will and can response yo your mascc and still inflict damage depending on the Time Mascc ! ( You can ask me more about this if you have trouble understanding )
> Time Mascc's , response will be at a stated line , meaning : When the enemy fades or does something you will have a time to response to the mascc , so you can do something to prevent it , intercept it or inflict damage to your opponent , The mascc's with a Star Infront of it , can use it in a stated time line , you'll notice there aren't many things you can do depending on : Lvl , Status , Race , Opponent , Mascc Or Movement , ( There are 7 different stars , each star has his own weakness , meaning that it can be used to the thing your opponent did ) ( Read more about this in the Star Page )
> Bullet Time is a response in slow motion being used by bouth members in a stated time line , as you know .. the bullet time will give you the response time as you know is 1.5 seconds or less , but depending on you bouth , so lets say your weaker : Then add your response time x 2 and you'll see your opponent is faster in a way , so play it fair , and now you can see it for yourself if you think your faster , so i dont get complaints like this : ( Example ) =
Goku : Ahh Punches Vegeta In the Face !
Vegeta : Dodges it ! ( Saying it like 2 seconds later ) and then goku starts to complain like man i hit you , now the problems solved ! :
Goku : = SSJ 1 , exp 120,000 , like 2,000,000 all status .
Vegeta : - SSJ 2 , exp 200,000 , like 5,000,000 all status .
Vegeta's Response was after 2 seconds real time , when going to bullet time you do 2 ( real time ) x 1.2 ( response time ) x 2 ( Bullet Time ) = 4.8 seconds to response but then in Stated Time Line cause , Goku = 2 ( Real Time ) x 1.5 ( response time ) x 2 ( Bullet Time ) = 5 Seconds . As you can see Vegeta is faster , So Goku misses that time . ( Very hard to explain writing it down , but k , if you have more questions about this just ask ! )
