Rules
This rpg is played entirely in quest.  The only objective is to survive as long as you can becuase once your dead, thats it, its all over, hasta lavista, bon voyage, chou, you get the idea.

XP and Leveling

In quest whenever you use your powers or perform strenuous actions or solve problems or etc. you gain an XP point.  You can spend these XP points on your various stats, abilities, or skills.  All XP ever gained goes toward your level.  Stats, abilities, and skills can only increase to a certain point each level. EX:Abilities can only go up to 100% when your level 1, 200% while level 2 and so on.  Levels 2-3 take 300 XP to acheive; Levels 4-5 take 500 XP to acheive; and all levels after that 1000 XP to acheive.  XP will be shown on your member page as XP unused/XP total.  If you have unused XP tell me(preferably in email where I'll remember it) where you wish to place them.

Stats

Health-Health is standard at 100%. You can psychicly sustain health higher than 100%, up to the point your level allows, by using chemicals or XP points(1XP point for 5%) However once you take on damage while above 100% you will not reheal to that point.  If your health goes below 100% it will slowly heal back to that point.

Strength-Strength is measured in points and increases to infinitley although it is restricted by your level. For every level your strength can rise 100.  100 is the maximum average humans can acheive. Psions can acheive infinite strength. For every 100% above your opponent in strength you get +1/-1 in strength related attacks.

Agility-Agility is akin to strength and also measured in points.  As strength it increases infintley able to rise 10 per a level. Note this does not mean it will rise 100 ever level this means it can go 100 higher every level.  For every 100% above your opponent in agiltiy you get +1/-1 in agility related attacks

Abilities

Abilities are the psychic classes you are capable of.  It cost 100 XP to learn a new ability and you start off with one free ability.  As you rise in level more abilities become available. Every ability has its own sub-abilities. EX:Ability=ESP(Extrasensoryperception) Sub-abilities=Warning,Foresight,Future Sense,Present Sense,Past Sense.  When an ability matures(reaches 100%) all the abilities become available.  Prior to maturing the sub abilities in an ability are very unreliable.  For every 100% above your opponent in an ability you get +1/-1 in ability related attacks

Skills

Skills are physical abilities you are capable of.  This is usually a martial art but skills can be just about anything.  Like abilities skills often have subskills and a skill must be matured to use it, and all its subskills well.  While skills can be obtained by using 100XP you can also be taught by someone who has mastered the skill(over 300%) for no cost other than both your time. For every 100% above your opponent in a skill you get +1/-1 in skill related attacks
