Gohan stared in wonder at Crono. Gohan hadn't realized that Gotenks was beginning to follow Nightmare. Crono turned his head towards Gohan and boldly stated:
"The end is near."
"Huh!," replied Gohan quickly.
"The world will slowly be destroyed, Nightmare's power is to immense."
"Thats not true! When my father learns that the world is in danger he will come help us."
"Goku, Right?"
"WHAT!! How do you know my father?"
"In Gaurdia, my home, Goku is well known. A wizard named Magus stumbled across a portal which led to your fathers fight with Shenlong. Cloaking ourselves, we watched your father battle. Amased at his strength we went back in time and studied more of his battles and skills. Soon after Goku fused with the Dragonballs, all the evil which was left inside the Dragonballs and the wishes around the world began to take form. A young man with silver eyes and dark black hair emerged from the darkness. He followed us back through a portal to our world and pronounced himself ruler of Guardia. When the people fought back he wreaked havoc around all of our dimension. One day he left Guardia, I followed him, he went into a portal which lead back to your world. I quickly sealed the other end of the portal. I opened another portal and traveled here to warn Goku's children. But, when I arrived, I was in a different place and you two were different. I feared the worse. Before I could return Nightmare must of found the portal and followed me through. You know the rest."
"Wow thats amazing."
Gohan's head snapped to the left. He felt a strange and yet powerful energy. Yet, he felt something familiar about it.
"What is it?," asked Crono.
"I don't know, but it's powerful and coming right for us."
Gohan, now realizing Gotenks was gone, wipped around to feeling two more immense powers.
"Gotenks and Nightmare are fighting!"
"No, this can't be, Gotenks will be destroyed, we must stop him," replied Crono.
Gohan and Crono took flight and rushed toward the battle.
Gotenks charged at Nightmare, baring his fist foward and plunging it into Nightmares stomach. He barely flinched. Gotenks then jumped back and sent a barrage of kicks and punches. Nightmare blocked every attack thrown at him with his index finger. After awhile he spoke:
"I'm bored." With that he flung his foot foward and slammed Gotenks in the head, sending him flying up. Nightmare appeared above Gotenks and dropped kicked him into the ground below.
"Gotenks energy has gone down greatly," said Gohan, "we must hurry." Gohan blasted into Super Saiyan and took off, but was stopped by a tall man with black hair like Android 17's. His cold black eyes resembled that off an android.
"Who are you?"
"My name is Android 21. I am a creation of Dr. Gero. I was sent here to help you."
"Thats impossible. I can sense your energy," replied Gohan
"I was built like a Saiyan. Everything about me is a Saiyan, my blood, my strength, and even my energy. "I will protect all of the Z Fighters." Android 21, powered up, and blasted towards the fight. Gohan and Crono followed. When they arrived, Gotenks was taking a pummel from Nightmare. Fist after fist buried itslelf in his stomach. Nightmare then kicked Gotenks into some rocks below. Gotenks stood up.
"Time to up the level." Gotenks balled his fist and began to power up. His eyes flashed red and his muscles bulged. His hair straigtened up. Gotenks let out a peircing scream, before he was engulfed by a bright light. Soon he emerged from the light, his body covered in red fur, he had a tail, and he had become a true Super Saiyan.
"He He He, You think that pitiful increase will stop ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Nightmare powered up and kicked Gotenks in the back of the head.
"Oh...No! Even when he's at dad's level he can't," said Gohan.
Gotenks fell down and turned back into Goten and Trunks. Nightmare flew up, put his hands in front of him and fired several energy blasts at the unconsious Goten and Trunks.
"NOOO!!!!!!!!!!!," screamed 21 from a distance. He charged at Nightmare, but was too late. Nightmare fired a large energy blast. Goten and Trunks were dead. Gohan stared in fear, but that fear soon turned to anger. He turned to Crono, who was also becoming seemingly angry. Gohan, then burst Super Saiyan 2 and then into his newest achieved form Super Saiyan 3.
"Huh, what?" Gohan snapped his head towards Gotens mangled body. He was alive. But, to Gohan's greatest fear, Nightmare picked Goten up and snapped his neck.
"Pest."
Gohan felt a surge of anger flourish through him. He could see Goten his brother and his friend. Gohan let out a scream. His eyes turned pure white. His muscles bulged, his hair grew long and turned silver. Gohan power increased greatly.
"You will pay."
