Spirit Level - Before you reach a new level of super you must reach the requirements of the spirit level. If you fight somone who is a lot stronger than you its worth 2,000 points, if you fight someone the same strength about you you get 1,000 points.
Levels
To reach any new level your Pl, Sp, HP, and KE must fall inbetween the levels shown in level of character.  To qualify your stat levels must fall into each of the zones.  You cant go beyond any of the levels without meeting the other levels.  For example you cant be in level 1 with a 650 Pl and a 250Sp.  You cant go into level 2 without meeting the rest of the stat levels.  The lower stats are the minimum and the higher stats are the maximum for the level.  Any new point must go to another category until all of the levels are up to par.  If training stats are put into a level that is full they will just be discarded.

Level 1 - This level is the basic level.  You can train in up to 40G.  You can learn level 1 Attack moves.

Level 2 - This level is advanced.  You can train in up to 100G.  You can learn techniques in level 2 or 1.
Level 3 - This is the first level of Super.  Any race can be super.  Once you reach this level your stats                   increase x 1/10.  At this level you can train in up to 200G.  You can learn techniques in                          Attacks level 3,2, and 1.

Level 4 - This is the second level of Super.  Any race can achieve this.  Once you reach this level your                 stats increase x 1/10.  At this level you can train in up to 300G and your weighted clothes dont               increase your stats. You can learn Attacks from level 4,3,2, and 1.

Level 5 - This is the Third level of Super.  Any race can achieve this.  Once you reach this level your                    stats increase x 1/10.  You can train in up to 500G.
Stats
At the beginning of each week we will email you your stat increase.  Then you will email us back with what category you want us to put it in.  If you are fighting in a battle or tournament you will have the training stats for that day.  Other than that your stats will be given to you by the end of that week.
Techniques
In addition to the gyms and other places that teach new moves, characters can also train with other characters to learn new moves.  These can be tought for free or for a fee.
