Attacks
     Everyone will have a basic set of moves.  These moves you do not have to learn.  As for any other of the moves there will be certain qualifications for learning them.  For instance you can learn a new move for every fifty intelligence points.  There will also be certain moves that you can or cannot learn depending upon whether you are good, bad or nuetral.  Also there are certain restrictions on places or people who can teach you specific moves.  You can learn them from training with certain poeple, other characters, or the gym.  Certain gyms can teach you in certain moves.  You dont have to relearn moves you already know. 
Basics
Punch - A strike with your fist.  Doubles your chances of hitting an opponent. dmg - .5  x Pl

Kick - A strike with your foot. dmg - 1 x Pl

Elbow - A strike with your elbow like an axe. Can use while grabbing or grabbed. dmg 1.25 x Pl

Knee - A strike with your knee.  Can use while Grabbing or grabbed.  dmg 1.25  x Pl

Head Butt - A strike with your head dmg 1 x Pl when grabbed, you can use this to counter. 

Ki Blast - A normal shot of ki energy.  dmg .5  x Pl and uses .25 x Pl of your KE

Flying Kick - A kick thrown while you are in the air.  dmg 1.5 x Sp

Throw - Used after grabbing an opponent, you can throw them and catch them offgaurd.  This attack   renders               them almost defenseless for the next attack.  It cuts there chances of dodging or blocking the attack in                half  dmg is inflicted on landing 1 x Sp or 1/2 x Sp + dmg from the following attack if it hits if it misses              the opponent does not get dmg

Block - This is used to block attacks.  You can use against energy attacks.  You can only use this once in a battle.

Counter - This move lets you use other moves to counter attacks from opponents.  You use this before the attack hits you.  You can only use 3 times n a battle.  Instead of leaning a new technique you can get an extra counter

Grab - This technique allows you to grab your opponent and lead them into a throw, or another attack.

Grab Back - This allows you to lock up with an opponent.  This way both people can exchange hits.

Skip - Allows you to skip your turn

Sacrifice - Allows you to take a hit for another player in a team battle

Cut Off Tail - This is a move that is used to take off a characters tail. Before you can grab the tail you must use position first and not be hit.

Position - Allows you to position to blow up moon projector or to cut off tail.

Run - Used to escape from battle.

Chase - Used to hunt down your opponent.

Combo - This enables you to chain attacks together. Each player gets 2 2 turn combo and 1 3 turn combo.
Abilities
  Different characters  will have different unique ablitiies.  Most abilities will take up at least one turn in  battle.  Check it out.
Saiyans with tails - will be able to transform into Ozaru, multiplies Pl x 10 takes 1 turn to look at the moon and  transform. Cant use regular attacks, can use basics, breath blast, and pound dmg 1 x Pl you grab your opponent and smash them into the ground. To transform you must say "Looks up at moon". 

Nameks - the ability to grow back body parts, Namekian Heart, When HP and KE reach 0 you get 1/10 back

Zarbon - transformation during battle, stats go up 1/5 only in level 1 and 2

Cell - the ability to grow back body parts, absorb 17 and 18 gets all of their stats only in level 1 and 2, pride                When HP and KE reach 0 you get 1/10 back,  starts with 5 attacks.

Humans - Human Spirit, When HP or KE reach 0 you get 1/5 back. Until level 3 they only get 1/10 back.

Saiyan - Saiyan Pride, When HP and KE reach 0 you get 1/10 back. 

Android 19 + 20 - If they grab an opponent for each turn they absorb 1/10

Garlic Jr. - transformation, raises stats 1/4 in level 1 and 2

Changelings - Can survive after having a limb cut off and can survive anywhere. Can also survive if a planet is blown up. Get to choose 1/5 of Hp or KE back when it reaches 0.

Aliens - Get to choose either 1/5 of KE or Hp back when it reaches 0
