- Shenlong, Dende, and Baba are Moderator Characters and will remain so�so don�t ask!
- Shenlong grants 2 wishes per gathering together of the Dragon Balls.
- You can wish characters back multiple times
- You cannot wish for another character, which you do not own, to die unless the owner of that other character agrees ahead of time with Moderation approval.
- You cannot wish for the planet to be blown up.
- You cannot wish for any illegal powers.
- You cannot wish for more wishes.
- Remember, Shenlong is very powerful, but there are some things even he can't do.
- A period of a Month and a Half (that�s 6 weeks) WILL take place before the Dragon Balls are able to recharge and be used again. A Moderator will announce when the Dragon Balls are able to be collected again.
- If a Character keeps the Dragon balls over 2 weeks without use the Dragon Balls will be striped from the character and rehidden.
- No psychics other than Baba (who may only make attempts to see into the future {because foresight doesn't always work ya know!})
- Ok, we changed our minds, a maximum of 3 characters will be allowed to train under Baba to become psychics if they so desire, but remember she is very hard to find and may or may not accept you, and if you are accepted you will never be allowed to train others as a psychic.
- There is a limit of 20 active characters per person for this RPG.
- You are NOT permitted to use names of popular (or unpopular) movie, TV, radio, etc. Personalities when creating your own original DBZBF characters.
- We have a three strikes your out rule:
- First strike will get you put on moderation, at this point you will receive warning on what you did wrong to be put on moderation and allowed to correct it.
- Second strike will be a sterner warning from the mod for your ill behavior
- Third and final strike will be if you fail to comply you will be removed from the game.
- This is a Free Style RPG all moves MUST be made in ATTEMPTS ONLY, your attack only connects to your opponent if THEY say so, your opponent will also determine how much damage (if any) your attack dealt them.
- No controlling of other characters... Unless they are unconscious
- This includes even making the other person blink..
- No automatic hits... This will be treated the same as controlling other characters.
- Cussing will be kept on a necessary basis ONLY the F word and the GD word are FORBIDDEN, if you continue to use misguided cussing it will result in moderation, if you still continue to use bad taste you will be kicked out.
- Please do not use * in place of vowels in cuss words�if your going to use the word ass or damit just write them out�the *�s take away from the story and distract the reader.
- Characters who can make anything using their mind or special powers are limited to One Per Person and MUST have limits to how much they can create at one time, either they can only create so many artifacts or creatures per day, or they can only create so much till they pass out or have to wait till they �recharge�.
- No characters with mind control abilities other than one's previously approved by the moderators
- If a character has mind reading powers, mind reading MUST be made in attempts.
- Only two characters per person is allowed mind reading powers.
- In a fight, you can't dodge all attacks, nor not be hurt by any attack that contacts (unless it was previously approved by a moderator for a "saga" purpose.)
- This is between different members' characters. If you own more than one and they are fighting each other, you can do whatever you want, except anything that is inappropriate.
- Original DBZBF characters CAN NOT automatically have Ki attacks by original DBZ characters unless they are explained with plausibility how that character came to know that attack.
- For example: just because you have a Saiya-jin, that Saiya-jin cannot perform the Kamahamaha wave�unless he learns it from someone who does know the wave.
- If you want your character to have the move of an Original DBZ character you must have your character learn it from one of the Original DBZ characters or one of the Original DBZBF characters who knows that move.
- If you want the move of an Original DBZBF character, you can also make arrangements between you and the owner of the Character who�s attack move you wish to have your character learn. But ONLY the original DBZBF character that came up with that move.
- You can ask the owner of an original DBZ character or DBZBF character, if you can say your character learned it from him/her in the past, this agreement MUST be approved by a Moderator with separate e-mails by both parties before allowed into the game (just so we know no one�s fibbing ;-)
- Short sum up of the above rule� If you want an original move, you have to arrange it with the owner of the character that created it. Be it an Original DBZ character or an Original DBZBF character.
- After you and the owner of the other character hammer out the details, you then need to inform one of the moderators, and we'll either give you our approval for the story line or not. After that, you're set!
