Bio: Gohan is 1st seen as an unskilled fighter, but later reveals his hidden strength when Radditz beats up Goku.
Piccolo sees this, and promises Goku as his last wish that he will train Gohan. He does so, and has to chop his tail off in the process, & blow up the moon too.
ANYWAY Gohan helps to fight Nappa, and then helps his dad & Krillen fight Vegeta, even though he gets scared easily (hey! he's only 4!) he turns into oozaru, and hits back the spirit bomb which Krillen fires, sending it into Vegeta.
On Namek, Gohan becomes a little stronger, and fights the ginyu force, and even Frieza! Strong kid! He also becomes good friends with Krillen, and has his hidden powers released by Guru.
Gohan kills Garlic Junior in the Garlic Jr saga while his father is somewhere in space. He also has to study.
In the Cell Saga, Goku makes Gohan fight Cell since he knows Gohan is the only 1 who can defeat him.
Cell finally crosses the line as he sends Cell
jrs to kill Gohans friends & father,
and Gohan finally cracks, going ssj2!
He beats Cell up a bit, but also gets
too cocky, & Cell tries to self-destruct.
Goku saves the day by instan translocating
to King Kai's planet, taking Cell with him.
However, Cell doesn't die, and reforms,
meaning Gohan has to destroy him once &
for all with a kamehameha, with the help of
the ghost of Goku.
After Cell, ChiChi makes Gohan study and
give up fighting. He goes to High school where he
meets Videl, and she discovers his identity-the
Great Saiyaman. She blackmails him into training her, saying that she'll tell every1 his secret if he doesn't. So he teahes her to fly, & they enter the world martial arts tournament.
During & after the Buu Saga, Gohan falls in love with Videl. He gets absorbed by Buu, but Goku saves the day.
(I love the bit where Gohan appears behind Videl & she starts screaming @ him!! Awww! :-) )
Gohan & Videl later get married, & have a daughter called Pan. They both give up fighting: Gohan becomes a scholar, although he's still quite strong.
