Energy Blast: Dr. Wheelo wield two big hand like guns that fires energy blasts.
Flight: This is not flying with ki energy like most characters do, this is the ability to actually fly. It's well known that the Android do not have ki. So it would be impossible for them to fly using ki.
Death Ray: This is an attack where Dr. Wheelo use all his energy and sends it in a blast towards Earth.
Dr. Wheelo is the main villian in movie 2. He is a genius brain that had been preserved by his loyal assistant. He planned to get himself transfered into the strongest body in the world, which he thought was Master Roshi, but in fifty years, Goku became the strongest. He capture Piccolo, Bulma & Master Roshi. He wanted to find Goku in hoping to be able to transfer his knowledge into Goku's body. He made Piccolo his slave and fought Goku. Gohan free his mentor and Dr. Wheelo lashed out at the Z-Warriors. Dr. Wheelo, in his mecha form, is more powerful than the Z-Fighters combined. He tried to destroyed the Earth, but Piccolo, Gohan & Krillin slowed him down long enough for Goku to make the Spirit Ball and destroy Dr. Wheelo.
