Power Ball: This is the ball of energy that helps a Saiyan transform into the Oozaru state. The ball explodes in mid-air and the gasses inside the ball mix with the atmosphere producing a large amount of Brute Waves.
Ki Blast: Turles creates a poweful ki blast between the palm of his hands that would of killed Gohan.
Scouter: A scouter is a device used by the Saiyans and Frieza's henchmen to detect one's power level.
Flight: Turles can raise his power, and literally floats on top of it. He can manuever through the air by increasing and decreasing the output and direction of his power.
A low-class Saiyan who comes to the Earth with his henchmen in movie #3 and plants the "Tree of Might" to sap the Earth's life force to make himself fruit that will make him the most powerful being in the univese. Turles admires Gohan's young strength, and attempts to force him to join him. His henchmen defeated the Z-Fighters, along with him defeating Piccolo. Goku took down his cronies and went after him. Turles beat the crap out of Goku, after he ate his fruit. The Z-Fighters tried to help Goku, but was overpowered by the saiyan. He was killed by Goku's powered up Spirit Ball.

-Turles resembles alot like Goku, but they are not brothers. Just low-class saiyan warriors.
