| Saiyan Powerups Namek Powerups Human Powerups Android Upgrades *Basic Powerups* Notes: You do have the option of starting a battle in your powered up form (transformations only, i.e. Super Saiya-jin). If you do, you must say so at the begining of the fight, when you display your PL. (This only works with level 1 powerups) Basic power-ups that can be used by all races are not included in the Max PL (except for Mystic Fighting). To use those power-ups, you must be in the appropriate form and add them onto your PL when you use those abilities. If your PL drops below the minimum requirement for a power-up while transformed, then you will revert back to your normal form with a PL of 1. |
