Generally a very funny, goofy kind of guy. Even in battle, he'll be cracking wise, and generally making everyone think he isn't all that good by acting as a clown. This is not the truth, though.
Sax was born as one of the rare fighting nameks, he was considered an outcast by his vilage, sent to earth, where he landed in a forest, and was found by a miner.
Born with innate fighting ability. Also saw an ad on TV to fight a man who he eventually whoop'd. Contacted by a man named 'Tarin' who's his manager.
Always acts cool. He NEVER takes off his sunglasses, and is always wearing light colored clothes. However, he does this because he doesn't like the sun, and prefers to be a little cooler, plus it helped him blend in a little.

Torch Smash
Sax lets his arms hang down at his side, crosses them, then separates
them REALLY fast to create a shockwave of air at his opponent.

Moves his fists so fast that it leaves afterimages. Then he punches the opponent five times, then throws them.

Runs at his opponent really fast(as fast as possible), and just before he gets to his opponent, he jumps behind him(teleport style if possible), and does a flurry of kicks to his back.

Go back 60 move, then fly at the opponent at top speed, ramming into him, and knocking him back. Land. Do an uppercut, and when he lands, kick him 3 or 4 times.

 Sax flies into the air, charges up for a second, charges this large blue ball of ki, and sends it hurtling down towards the target, causing a pink explosion, for a sheer embarrassment factor.

Sax holds his left hand up a little below eye level, and a prism of ki appears above it. His right hand starts to glow yellow, and his eyes glow red and blue. 3 energy beams, one of each color, emit into the prism, merging into one white beam that lances out at the opponent.

Sax forms a ball of energy around his fist, punches AT his opponent from far away. When his arm is fully extended, the energy, powered by momentium, flies off the fist at his enemy. When it is about 6 inches away from his opponent, it explodes. The shockwave flies out, does a little damage the first time, then when it snaps back, it does major damage.

Created by the Great Kaio-Sama, this attack has you create many jokes and start telling them. While your enemy is laughing (or confused, as Kaio had the latter happen most often) you fire a large energy blast.

The famous Kamehameha blast devised by the great Kamesennin. They crouch down and cup their hands behind their backs and say,"Kamehameha!", and extend the arms and hands out towards the enemy
