Humorous, yet Serious and Angry when it comes to fighting.
At the age of 4, his parents were killed in a local power plant explotion. The boy was left stranded and had to fend for himself. The boy fought off creatures, for the family had lived on the outskirts of town near the wilderness and animals were foraging for food. As the boy grew, he became more powerful and learned of secret techniques that his dad had wrote down in a book. Now at the age of 18, he is ready to participate in the Budokai and defend his planet from evil.
Trained by his father's written words. Although he hasn't learned all the secrets his dad has wrote, he has learned most. Later trained by Kamesennin.
A loner, that doesn't like to train with others. But when having to fight, he'll take any allies he can get.

Kick to the stomach folled by uppercut then kick to stomach again, followed by Axe Handle chop to the head, followed by a knee to the chin, and finishing it off with a spin kick to the side of the head.

Four Energy balls are thrown at target

Raises hands over head and lays them one on top of the other, palms facing forward. Then energy starts to form at the palm. Then the hands are brought down in front of my chest and shouts, "Sami Blast!" And a blast or red energy comes shooting out of the palm

The famous Kamehameha blast devised by the great Kamesennin. They crouch down and cup their hands behind their backs and say,"Kamehameha!", and extend the arms and hands out towards the enemy.

Sami learned this technique from the Yardratto-jin. Also known as 'Shikan Idou', this allows him to instantly teleport from one point to another. The restriction is he must be able to sense the ki of someone that you want to teleport to. If people hold onto him, they will teleport as well, even if it's against their will.
