Jeice has the most power of all the Ginyu force members (besides Ginyu himself), but he is not very confident in his abilitys, which is his weakness. Jeice was not chosen for the Ginyu Force, he tried out along with a 4 eyed green guy named Guldo (Guldo is not in FE).
