Attacks and Customizations I know these equations can be confusing at first, but I normally keep up with your attacks on your page so you don't have to constantly keep on calculating them. Now, the Ki Cost of each attack is this:
Again, it can be confusing, but if there are questions, I'm here to help.
Effects: It's possible to add certain effects to give your attack more character. Such as: Maximum Power (increase the damage inflicted), Homing (make the attack undodgeable), or Rapid Fire (attack multiple opponants). Each one will increase the Ki Energy you use with it, and only one effect can be added to an attack. The effects are as follows:
-Maximum Power: Increase damage by 50% (x1.5) adding to the cost multiplier .2
An example: for 'add to the cost multiplier' would be that the Finisher costs 1.2. Adding Maximum Power to it would make the Ki Cost become 1.4 of damage dealt, instead of 1.2. Again, I'll do my best to keep your attacks updated to your stats so that you won't have to worry to much about calculating. However, learning this system wouldn't hurt in case I don't get to your updating in time for your next battle.
Now, it is possible to add more than one effect to an attack (like the Spirit Bomb). Doing so would add an additional .2 to the cost modifier. However, this means the attack will take up to 2 rounds to fire. One to charge, the second to actually initiate the attack.

Fussion
Something more to Fussion: Remember, in a fussion, you mix the names together. A good example is Goten + Trunks = Gotenks. Also, instead of having a long list of a bunch of attacks, put the names together or create new ones. Examples: Goku + Trunks (future) = Troku. Burning Attack + Kamehameha = Burn-ha-me-ha (As being a Finisher). Or just completely changing the name and description of it. Like Gotenks Super Ghost Kamakazi Attack. That was a complete new attack. So have fun with that!

The basic attacks in the DBZ world can be found on the Moves List page of this website with their damages, ki costs, and possible effects. There are 4 possible attacks: Blast (basic energy wave), finisher (an enormous energy blast), rush (a combination of punches, kicks, knee's, elbow's, and the occasional headbutt), dragon-rush (the basic combination of both physical attacks ending in some kind of energy attack). Each of these attacks cause a certain amount of damage depending on your attributes. Such as:
-Blast = Mind x 2
-Finisher = (Strike + Mind) x 2
-Rush = Strike + Agility
-Dragon Rush = Strike + Agility + Mind.
-Blast = damage dealt
-Finisher = damage dealt x 1.2
-Rush = damage dealt
-Dragon Rush = damage dealt x 1.2
-Homing: Make your attack undodgeable. Add to the cost multiplier .2
-Rapid Fire: Attack multiple opponants. Add to the cost multiplier .2 for each opponant it is meant for.
Claiming a planet isn't an easy task, so long as there is no resistance. To claim a planet, you must declare it as a new post on the planet page in your era on the message boards. If no one replies to it within one week, it is yours without any hassle. Though if someone steps up, you must defeat them in battle. If you have defeated all the challengers, the planet is yours, so long as you can hold it for that entire week. If you are beaten, well, it's obvious that you won't hold claim on it. If you succeed, then it is yours! The benefits are as follows...
-You gain 5,000 zenny once a week
-Have access to Capsule Corps. items (prices remain the same)
-Have access to the Hyper Bolic Time Chamber (HBTC)
This RPG's combat system is turn based. The person with the highest Agility will go first. If you two are equal in those abilities, then determine by Strike. If that is also equal to your opponant, then just fairly decide who goes first. To damage your enemy during your turn, look at your Strike rating. This is the measure of how much physical damage you inflict upon a foe. Your Mind attribute is a measure of how much damage your simple Ki Blasts would inflict (which costs no Ki Energy). There are also other means of lowering your opponants HP. There are attacks that do far greater damage than merely using your strike (which consists of a punch or two. Maybe a single big kick). There are Attack Moves that your character can customize and use. This damage then reduces your combatants Hit Points (HP). Once their HP reaches 0, you are the victor and their fate is in your hands.
When you declare a block, you only suffer 1/2 the damage. When you declare a dodge, you take no damage because the attack obviousoly doesn't hit you. When you counter, not only do you dodge, but you get to attack them for free. What I mean is simple, you basically get to attack twice in your round. You obtain 1 block every 5 Agility points, 1 dodge every 10 Agility points, and 1 counter every 15 Agility Points. Items can have an affect on this as well, such as the Scouter (which gives you 1 extra dodge).
Damage first goes to your armor in the battle. The Damage Reduction rating (DR) reduces the attack before it damages your Hit Points (HP).
The Power Up (PU) is the rate at which you can restore Ki Energy (Ki). This takes up your entire action, so only use it when you feel it is right.
After the fight is finished, depending on if you won or lost, you recieve money. Winners walk away with 1,000z, and losers walk away with 500z. If the loser is killed, you get nothing, and the winner gains 1,500z. You also gain Experience Points (XP). Winners gain 100, losers gain 50. Plus, another 10 per level your opponant is. Example: Goku is Lv.5 and beat Krillin of Lv.3. Goku gains 130 XP (100 for victory + 30 for Krillin's Lv) while Krillin gained 100 (50 for losing + 50 for Goku's Lv).
If you've won a battle, you have a few options as to what to do with your opponant. (1) You can let them live and do nothing, (2) steal an item of their's, (3) kill them, (4) remove a limb of theirs (including saiyan tails), or if its something more exotic, ask an admin for permission.
After your fight, your Hit Points (HP) remain the same as it is after the fight. If you have some kind of healing item, persay a senzu bean, you can restore your Hit Points to max. Though you aren't obligated to use a healing item to continue fighting, I'd strongly advice it though. Your Hit Points are restored the next day if you won. If you lost, you're unable to fight for the next 2 days while you heal, unless of course you have healing items.
Searching: To find one Dragonball, it will take you 7 days to find one. With a Dragonball Radar, it will take 2 days to find a one. During this time, you cannot train, or fight.
Summoning the Dragon: To summon the dragon of the dragonballs, you must first know the 'Knowledge of the Dragonballs' of either Shenron, or Perunga. Once you know it, you can summon and wish for the things you want.
The art of fussion can be confusing. However, it is very beneficial if you master the dance. The basic way to create a fused character can be complicated and hard to understand, so I will explain as best as I can. First of all, both characters must know the technique 'Fussion Dance'. You both must be of equal race, gender, and aproximately the same size (like a 5 year old versus a 25. Wouldn't work, right?). When it comes to combining the stats, just add them all together. Then, increase your stats by 50% (x1.5). Your stats should increase considerably, making you a more powerful foe. The real complications are re-calculating your attacks.
Gravity Force is the measure of the planets gravity compared to Earth. To survive on different gravities, your Level (Lv) must equal the gravity force. What I mean is simple, if you want to go to a planet with a gravity rating of x5, then your Level must equal that. If your level doesn't match the planets gravity rating, then you are basically immobilized and can't do anything. You might as well leave the planet or turn down the gravity machine because all you're doing is wasting your time.
Here is the greatest place to recieve the best training possible. Inside, the gravity can be set to whatever you wish between normal and x800. Also, your training is increased an additional %50. This lasts one day, instead of one week. Good aligned characters can use this without permission of a GM, so long as you notify them. Neutral must ask for permission, and evil villains aren't able to go inside. You are allowed only 2 visits to the HBTC. After that, you don't get anymore. (unless a saga requires it)
When you feel it is time to either learn a new move, or perhapes create a new move, then this is what happens. When you learn/create a new move, it takes a number of days. While this is considered traing, you do not gain XP, since of course all you're doing is focusing on honing your skill on a new attack or technique. It takes between 3 - 6 days to learn/create something new. Here are the basic guidlines:
-D-Rush: 5 days
-Blast: 4 days
-Finisher: 5 days
When you've accumulated enough Experience Points (XP) to level up, this is what happens. You will gain 10 points to distribute among your attributes (Strike, Agility, Body, Mind) plus any racial bonuses depending on your race. I will recalculate your stats for you, however, this is what everything is based off of in case you needed to know:
-Hit Points: Body x 10
-Ki Energy: (Body + Mind) x 5
-Power Up: (Body + Mind) x 2
In this RPG, I do allow marriage between characters. (male to female only!) If you want to marry someone, and assuming the other wants to marry you, contact the GM of the planet you're currently on and talk to him. He will perform the ceremony and such and you'll be considered wed. Rings per couple aren't required, but to spice things up a bit, they cost only $500.
To have children, you must find someone willing to have one. It takes a long process to have one. Of course, the female carries the baby (obviously) for one full month. The first 2 weeks, she is fine. The 3rd week her Strike, Agility, and Body a reduced by 1/2 temporarily. During the 4th and last month, her Strike, Agility, and Body is halved. If she fights and loses during the 3rd or 4th week, she loses the baby, and must start over. She also cannot train the 3rd and 4th week at all, or some side-affects may occur (by admin's choice). After the birth, she automatically levels up one level. The baby becomes an available character and it's begining level and stats are generated by the Admin.
Options to restore lost limbs
Removing a limb from ones body can put a serious damper on their abilities to fight. Losing a single limb lowers your Strike and Agility by 1/4. If you happen to lose yet another limb, then all your Strike and Agility are halved (1/2). If yet again, you lose another limb... which is just plain ridiculous if you haven't had medical attention yet, then those stats are brought down by 3/4. There are options to fixing these problems. Namekians can simply restore these lost limbs almost instantly. Cybernetics can also restore these penalties to your body (remember Mecha-Frieza?), but at a price. Be sure to have enough zenny! It isn't the prettiest, but it's better than suffering ill effects from the loss of battle. You can also wish your body restored by the dragonballs. Or, if the worst should happen, be killed and sent to the Next Dimnension (or HFIL depending...). When someone wishes you back, you'll have all your limbs returned! Also, if you remove a saiyans' tail, they do not suffer ill effects to their stats other than the loss of the Ozura transformation.
When you feel it is time to train to earn some Experience Points (XP) then post on the Message Boards how many days you will be training. For each day that you train, you gain 10 XP. Not much, right? There are other ways to earning more XP. For one, buy items that increase it. Sparring is also effective. If you can find a sparring partner, then double the amount of XP you would gain. There's also training in multiple gravities. If the gravity is x2 compared to Earths', then you would gain 20 XP each day. With x5, it'd be 50. Simply multiply the gravity by how much you gain at normal gravity (including training gear). Wow, all of a sudden training doesn't sound so bad, huh?
