| Fusing 8. When you want to fuse with someone you must both have a pair of Potarra Earing or do the Fusion Dance move. Then you must tell me who is going to control the body, and what the charactors name is. The fusion only lasts for one battle. You and your partners stats, money, dragonballs, items, and your moves will be added together. 9. If you get absorbed by an Android that will be permanent and all your stats, money, dragonballs, items, and your moves will be added to the Androids. You can Fuse with an Android at any time. If you are unlucky enough to get absorbed by an Android you will be sent to the ND and loose all your items, dragonballs, money, but you will keep the same moves and have all of your stats. Message Board Rules 10. When using the message board, you will post the following things, quests, things you want to buy, job or new job that you are going to, learning a new move, planet travel, and other things that has to do with you and your character. You can swear on the message board but don't over do it. Next Dimension Rules 11. If you manage to get your opponent's HP down to 0 you can choose to either kill them or let them live. If you decide to kill them make sure you say how you kill them. When you die you will go to the ND immediately and end up at the Check in Station. There you will go to the Ckeck-in-Station and await your judgement from King Yemma to decide if you go to Heaven or Hell. Heaven: When go to heaven you have to go down Shake Way (which takes 2 days of travel) when you get at the end of Snake Way you can go to King Kai's place to train. Hell: When you go to Hell you have to stay their and can't train, spar, or do anything for 10 days. After the ten days you will go back to the Check-in-Station to see if you can go to Heaven now. 12. The only way that you can get back from the ND is to be wished back by the Dragonballs, or if you are ofgood nature, Queen Kai can "pull some strings" Dragonballs 13. There are 3 sets of Dragonballs on Earth, Namek, and the Dark Star Dragonballs (that can be found all over the universe) To get a wish you have to collect the 7 Dragonballs of a single kind with no mixing and matching. Only a wish within the Dragons power can be granted. We will choose if the Dragon can grant it or not. Items 14. All items can be bought in the Shop. When you are going go buy an item post it on the message board for your planet. All you have to say is what you are buying and how much it was. 15. If you want to sell an item that you have and basically don't need it any more post it on the Second Hand 16. You can purchase a space ship in the Shop to travel to another planet. When traveling you have to stay in "Space" for the time that it will take that specific space ship to fly from planet to planet. You can also use the move Instintanous Movement to travel between planets. 17. You can have as many items as you want. 18. You can read books at your planets library, to boost your stats. You have to pay a check-out fee and if you return it late you have to pay a late-fee. The books will boost 5 points to the specific stat that the book is on. To check-out books it costs $5 and late books cost you $10. 19. The books take 5 days to read. (take off 1 day for every 5 thousand in Int or Wis) 20. If you want to fuse together with the Potarro Earings then it is, ok for you to split the cost of the earings. Tournaments 21. All notices about the tournaments will be posted on the Tournaments page. If the tournaments that you want to be in is on a specific planet then you have to be on that planet to be in the tournament. Training between fights is ok but your stats will not be updated untill after the tournament. Planets 22. The planet you are on is the Message Board that you will use. Don't enter the Training Grounds of the planet without announcing it on the message board. All the training you do in the planets training grounds will be posted on the planet message board. When learning a new move you can't fight, spar, or do anything else with people not in the training grounds on your planet. Other Info forgotten to mention 23. The Training Master on each planet is the place where you must learn those specific moves.Learning a move from someone else will take as long as they teacher wants it to, but no less than one day. 24. If you have a job and you get paid on that day then you have to post that you get paid on the planet your on message board or you will probally won't get paid. 26. You can raise your stats by Training, Sparing, or Battling with other players. When sparing with one person, 1 point are added to each stat. When sparing with 2 people 2 points are added. This can go up to 5 pepole, but each memeber has to have participate fully. When fighting, the winner gets 10 to each stat. 27. Each created move must be seen by one of the two updaters and OK'ed with the owner of the site 28. All transformations now cannot be skipped unless you already know how to go to that level. 29. The damage that you do is taken away from your Strength and the cost for that move is taken away from your ki 31. Their are 2 ways that a Saiyan with a tail can go Oozaru. Look at a Full Moon; the other way is to have the move Moonball Attack and use it in a battle or training or anything else. When you use the Moonball Attack and look at it that counts as your turn that round. 32. When you go or transform during a battle it takes 1 turn for you to go any transformation. While you are going to that transformation your opponent can attack. 33. A Saiyan tail can only be cut off by a Sword or destructo disc. If your tail has been cut off before, you can regrow it by getting strong enough to go Golden Oozaru, or surgically put back on for $5,000. When you are strong enough to go Golden Oozaru you must look a full moon or Moonball Attack for 2 turns. After those 2 turns your tail grows back until it gets cut off again. 34. All transformations must have a good reason for going to the "next level" 35. To fight a person, the opponent(s) must accept the fight from the instigator. 36. Over all, respect the rules and abide by them or else. 37. A SEVERE DISREGARD TO THE RULSE WILL ACCOUNT IN THE CANCELATION OF THIS SITE AND A SLIM CHANCE OF REVIVAL!! 38.
