Either for people that some how dies or get put here, or they did something against the rules and I put them here. There is no definate time for being in here, just whatever goes along with the story or however long your punishment is. The rules that apply to this place. You can train here only if you are banished due to a storyline, but if you are punished you can't do anything. If either get out by the Dragonballs or I let you out. |
