Hi Dave:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your communication of Sept. 10th.  

In order to share information, I also was in a meeting today presenting
a Journalism Training Program to the Leadership Council to which it is
envisioned that approximately 1,000 computer systems will be needed,
maybe more.

Service providers are available through this network whereby the
technical instructors and faciliators may be available as was discussed
in our last meeting.
