This page is dedicated to keeping the spirit of unity and freedom alive.
September 11th was a day which none of us could imagine would ever happen - how anyone could be filled with so much hate as to plan and execute the murdering of thousands of innocent people in an attempt to destroy us, this nation that is a beacon of hope to all people.
No other nation, in the history of the world, has given so much of itself to help others. Maybe, we haven't always been right, but our actions have always been taken out of concern rather than for ulterior motives.
Buildings can be destroyed. Innocent people can be murdered. Ideas and ideals live on!
THANK YOU
to all who have served and are still serving.

Below are links to famous and "not-yet-famous" prose and poetry from our country's history and some memories from the events of Sept 11th. Some themes are from wars and times past which still hold true today and some are inspired by the tragedy of 911.
