| Greetings from Scranton! This week I�m in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania. After working in the Mid-west and Plains states so much, I�m excited to be in a completely different part of the country. Unfortunately, I have had a killer headache since I got here and haven�t felt well at all. As a result, this week�s edition of the Chronicles will suffer. |
| Thursday I was in Mansfield, OH, which was on my way to Scranton. The show took place in a little run down hotel but ended up being great. The audience was just as small but very friendly. It was quite refreshing from Wednesday night in hell |
| Wednesday night I was headlining in Brookfield, WI, a suburb of Milwaukee. The show was horrible for so many reasons I don�t even know where to start. Very small audience, poor management, and I had to follow a guy who killed them with bathroom humor. I should have been able to blow him off stage but got off to a rocky start. I did recover and ended up getting a good response but I�ll never go back there again. |
| After a pleasant drive through the Appalachians I arrived in Scranton. The club, Wise Crackers, is located in the Clarion Inn. It was my first time here and I can�t complain about any of the shows. The last performance of the week was bittersweet. There were 300 people in the room laughing, but I couldn�t enjoy it because with every step I took my head hurt really bad. I didn�t feel like being funny at all! Thankfully though, God created Tylenol. Hopefully, things will be getting back to normal soon. Until next week, Danny |
