     (2) place the damping material on the board #2. (He used to use the glass wool)
     (3) fill the sand at the bottom #11-15 forming the step shape.
     (4) put the thin cloth on #12-15 to prevent the reflections.

     Since Mr. Nagaoka used to say you can use any damping material you like (your decision), I think the glass wool
     would be just example.
