Personality:

Joxer is Friendly, Outgoing and cocky. His Most Important Value is helping others. His most important person is anyone he can defend. He thinks everyone is a valued person.


History:

Joxer used to be a normal kid in back in High School. He was however a geek, even though he was �The King of the Geeks�. His popularity in High School gave him the ability to date low class Cheer Leaders and be President of the Chess Club. Life was good for Joxer.

One Day Joxer decided it would be cool to go and check out the slums of the town he lived in. He got jumped by some gang members. Never fighting before Joxer summoned all his rage and created his first Spirit Fist. With his new found power he was able to pummel the leader and the rest ran away.

Wanting to learn more about his new found power he went searching for a Master to teach him the ways of Martial Arts. Joxer found Master Song Yong Guy who was able to teach him to harness the powers inside him. Joxer then trained with Master Song Yong for the rest of his time in High School

When Joxer graduated from High School he felt his power wasn�t increasing fast enough. He trained for 4 years was barely a equal to his master. Master Song Yong told him that if he increased to fast he would become corrupt and not have full control over his powers. Joxer felt this was a bunch of bull and left to create his own Style, The Rose Fighting Style.

After Joxer felt he was ready he went to a tailor to get himself a Super Hero Costume. His Costume consisted of a bright orange tuxedo with blue trim, a bright orange hat with a blue feather and blue gloves. He became known as... THE TUXEDO WARYA.

As the Tuxedo Warya, Joxer had many successes. His training made him at a level that most normal humans can only dream of. His heroic exploits were on the news almost daily and he even got a line of action figures. During this time Joxer got lazy on his training. Most average humans have a 2 in all stats so Joxer didn�t find anyone often enough to give him a challenge. Once in a while he would find someone who made him have to concentrate on beating. He even once took a Rocket to the chest only to be side lined for 3 days. One day he went back to his old master to show he even surpassed him.

At the age of 22 Joxer was fly though a near by city when a stranger dressed in black robes flew in front of him. The stranger mocked Joxer for not keeping up with his training. Joxer laughed and told him that there wasn�t anyone worth training for and he was the strongest in the world. The man dressed in black attacked Joxer and a battle was on. The stranger seemed to always be one step ahead of Joxer. After a couple minutes of fighting Joxer was impressed that there was someone who was able to beat him. The stranger told him of a location where many people who were on par or better then Joxer would be gathering in one place. Joxer went to the area and got a job at a nearby bar know at Frankie�s. Not many people know that Joxer and the Tuxedo Warya are the same person and this is where a new chapter in his life starts...


Techniques:

Deflection: sort of like a body-hugging forcefield that reflects or deflects energy. Mosts Dragonball Warriors rely on Deflections to ward of energy attacks; very few just stand there and take the hit. In practice, a Deflection actually keeps the attack from affecting the fighter at all, he won't even take Knockback; the Deflection is what takes the hit. However; Deflections are not effective against physical attacks. A Deflection remains in place until either it is knocked down by a superior energy attack, dropped by the person who raised it, or the person who raised it is hit by a physical attack, like a weapon, or hand to hand blow, breaking concentration. Deflections are not automatic, it requires some kind or physical attacks to activate, like raising your hands or assuming a stable position. If the Deflection is Powered Up higher than the Energy attack it's deflecting, its automatically turns into a reflection. *Example: Karma Sen tackles the Master of Shadows with his best 100 point Fire Fusion Fingerbolt. The Master carelessly throws up a 200 points Deflection. 100 points Reflect back on Karma Sen.

Flight: This Power is what Dragonball: A New Legacy characters use to get around fast. At low energy levels, this power allows for flight at hypersonic speeds. (You may not exceed Mach 4 in atmosphere of a planet, unless you want to burn up your clothes, in space you may travel up to Mach 12. You must buy flight in 10 minutes amounts, at the maximum speed you plan to travel. Mach/Cost for 10 minutes.

Super Reflex Boost 4 (Increased Actions): Normally, characters in Dragonball can only do one thing each phase (3 seconds). But by channeling energy into their nervous systems, true warriors can perform many feats in the same blink of an eye. Super Reflex Boost 3 allows you to increase your number of actions by one or three for a single phase following the Super Reflex Boost. Energy Cost is 10 per action.

Hyperspeed: This technique allows for hypersonic speed during combat, this is the equalivant of moving Mach 4. Going into Hyperspeed requires spending 100 enery points for every phase in which you plan on being in Hyperspeed (Bought at the Beginning of Hyperspeed). When in Hyperspeed, you are literally fighting faster then the average eye can normally see, during Hyperspeed you are effectively invisible and undetectable, unless your opponent is moving equally as fast or can make a 1d20 + Mental + Mind check of 22. It requires a phase to try to spot someone moving around. If someone attacks you, you get a 'spot check' against DV 22 to be able to evade the attack, everytime you are attacked you get the 'spot check'. This does not give you the ability to see them, only spot the attack coming and evade. (This does include flight.)

Super Strength: Much like Super Reflex Boost, energy can be channeled to momentarily increase a character's strength as well. To raise your physical characteristic requires spending 10 PL for every 1 of additional physical characteristic each phase.

Tuxedo Warya Disguise: When Joxer fights he likes to dress up as the Tuxedo Warya. If you have ever seen both Joxer and the Tuxedo Warya Fight roll a mental check. If you succeed you know that Joxer and the Tuxedo Warya are the same. Can only be done first time you see him fight and when your mental goes up one point. If you see Joxer and the Tuxedo Warya but not seen them fight roll your Mental - 5. If you succeed you know that Joxer and the Tuxedo Warya are the same. Can only be done first time you see him and when your mental goes up one point.

Martial Art Form, Rose Vine Style: This style involves Joxer moving his body in a vine like fashion weaving in and out of his enemies range. Generally this style is more effective if Joxer has a weapon equipped. ( Enemies Fighting Skill is now his/her Fighting Skill minus Joxer�s current Weapon Skill. Joxer�s Fighting Skill is now his Fighting Skill minus Enemies Weapon Skill. The Skill change only applies during melee combat and any ranged attack made within one area of Joxer. Can only use the Skill Modification against one Enemy per turn. Only Joxer may teach this move. )

Martial Art Form, Rose Thorn Style: In This style Joxer keeps himself as close to his Enemy as possible making it tougher to use a weapon on him. Just like when Bugs Bunny keeps walking to close to Elmer Fudd so he can�t shoot him. ( Enemies Weapon Skill is now his/her Weapon Skill minus Joxer�s current Fighting Skill. Joxer�s Weapon Skill is now his Weapon Skill minus Enemies Fighting Skill. The Skill modification only applies during melee combat and any ranged attack made within one area of Joxer. Can only use the Skill modification against one Enemy per turn. Only Joxer may teach this move. )

Martial Art Form, Kung Fu Grip Fu: Martial Art Form taught by Master Song Yong Guy. With the power of his manly grip Joxer can make his fist blows more powerful. ( +10 to Fighting -10 to Weapon )

Martial Art Form, Rose Bud Defense Style: This style is based on Joxer using his fighting Skill to create a shield with shin and forearm blocks. ( +10 to Evasion -10 to Fighting )

Martial Art Form, Rose Double Rave Attack: Joxer can now attack once with each hand per action. This can either be a sword and a fist, two fists or two swords. The skill used goes down to 2/3 for hitting purposes rounded down, only and cannot be used in a grapple. ( Example if Joxer was using 2 swords and his sword skill was 30 it would go down to 20 for hitting but still be 30 for damage. )

Taunt: Joxer can do various Super Sexy Heroic Poses to annoy his enemy. ( For this skill to work Joxer�s Target must be focused on him and have emotions. You could taunt Android 17 but not a Gun Turret. Both Joxer and his target roll a Mental + Mind d6. If Joxer�s total is higher he gains the difference in Power Level. Joxer can not go over his max in power this way. )

Powering up Taunt: Joxer can make his target think he is only taunting when he is powering up. ( For this skill to work Joxer�s Target must be focused on him and have emotions. You could taunt Android 17 but not a Gun Turret. Both Joxer and his target roll a Mental + Mind + d20. If Joxer wins he can power up without using a action. If he loses he loses a action. Can be done only once per phase. )

Cocky Slap: Joxer does a Cocky hit of some kind to mock his enemy ( +10 to hit -10 to Fighting )

Cocky Stab: Joxer does a weak cut with his sword to show how manly he is ( +10 to hit -10 to Weapon )

Spirit Energy: Joxer has the power to convert Ki into Solid Objects. Spirit created Items cannot be disarmed.

Spirit Sword: Joxer can convert his Spirit Energy into a Sword that uses weapon skill to hit with. costs 10 PL per extra damage dice.

Spirit Fist: Joxer can channel energy into his fist to make it more powerful. Costs 10 PL per extra damage dice.

Spirit Whip: Joxer can create a whip that can be used to grapple people. Hits with Weapon Skill and Grapple checks with Grapple Skill. Costs 10 PL per damage dice.

Spirit Shield: Joxer uses his Spirit Energy to create a shield to help himself evade damage. Costs 10 pl per plus to evade.

Spirit Sword and Shield Combo: Joxer may create both a Spirit Sword in one hand and a Shield in the other. Both have to have the same plus. costs 20 PL per plus used

Spirit Fist and Shield Combo: Joxer may create both a Spirit Fist in one hand and a Shield in the other. Both have to have the same plus. costs 20 PL per plus used

Spirit Sword and Fist Combo: Joxer may create both a Spirit Sword in one hand and a Fist in the other. Both have to have the same plus. costs 20 PL per plus used

Double Spirit Sword: Joxer can make 2 swords for use in Rose Double Rave Attack. Both have to have the same plus. costs 20 PL per plus used

Double Spirit Fist: Joxer can make 2 fists for use in Rose Double Rave Attack. Both have to have the same plus. costs 20 PL per plus used

Free Spirit Sword: If Joxer has at least 100 in PU and at least 200 in total PL he can create two +0 Spirit Swords with no cost. If Joxer has at least 50 in PU and at least 100 in total PL he can create one +0 Spirit Sword with no cost.

Longing of the Sword: Joxer can his Spirit Sword one Move Longer. Can only be used with a one handed Spirit Sword. Costs 50 PL per move increase.

Spirit Grab: If Joxer is using Spirit Whip he can make a long ranged attack that works like a knock back but brings them closer to Joxer.

Super Sexy Heroic Flash: Joxer makes A bunch of orange and blue sparks to blind everyone looking too close and to impress those far away. ( Flash +5 move)

Weighted Cape: Joxer/Tuxedo Warya has been training in weighted clothing for over a year making his body heavier and forcing him to work harder to do his moves. Once Joxer/Tuxedo Warya removes his weighted clothing his combat skills (fighting, evasion, weapon, power, body) increase by 10% for the battle. However, he must immediately replace the clothing and continue to wear it as usual after the battle is over or lose the advantage it gives him.

Make them Swoon: Because TW is so damn sexy everyone wants him (TW rolls a physical+Body+d20 vs your Mind+mental+d20. If he wins you think he is damn sexy (though you can still want to kill him. This skill really has no combat affect at all. Works even on some men and animals too)
