Notes:

1. When knocked down in the air you remain in the air but if
   KO'ed you fall to the ground.

2. Moves could be added so that fireballs and such could be
   used to bombard your opponent from this vantage point but
   to make gameplay less dependant on the codes I decided not
   to give the "unfair" advantage of air to ground moves or
   homing projectiles.

3. There was no air crouch in Super Butouden and isn't an air
   crouch in MUGEN but the character does shake (like in Super
   Butouden 1) to let you know that you are trying to crouch
   in the air.

4. If injured on the way up or way down, the character will stop
   before reaching the ground or the air. The character will reset
   itself though with most moves. There is no gosub type (go to
   specific line then return to where left off) commands that I'm
   aware of yet in MUGEN. The fix would be worse than the problem.
   This also sometimes causes the shoot straight up or down problem.
