Lasagna

1 lb. ground beef
1 can Hunts Spaghetti Sauce (or your favorite kind.  Just the regular size)
9-10 Lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Cottage cheese

Brown ground beef and drain.  At the same time, cook lasagna noodles as directed by the directions on the box.  Drain and rinse with cold water.  Butter a 2x9x13" pan and start layering.  Put a layer of sauce in the pan first, then 3 noodles on top, then sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.  The amount of cheese and cottage cheese you put on is up to you.  If you love cheese, put more on.  If not, than less.  Same goes for the cottage cheese, which can be eliminated if you don't like it or only put on half.  Again noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and last noodles, sauce and Mozzarella cheese.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired, and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.  Let stand for 5 minutes and serve!
