Half Batch:
2 cups powdered sugar 3/8 cup vegetable shortening 2 1/2 Tbsp. Milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or almond flavoring
Sift sugar in large bowl. Blend the rest of ingredients and beat with electric beaters several minutes or until light and fluffy. Refrigerate.
Full Batch:
4 cups powdered sugar 3/4 cup vegetable shortening 5 Tbsp Milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract or almond flavoring
Mix as directed above in half batch recipe. |
