Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 sticks butter or margarine
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup firly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 package Milk Chocolate Chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.  Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.  Stir in chips.  Drop by teaspoonfulls, 2 inches apaart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.  Leaving top a little bit gooey will make them moist.  Just make sure bottom is done.  Makes 4-6 dozen cookies based on size made.
