To mock / mimic the whipping of the nazarene.
Directions:
Construct a paper michet effigy of the nazarene, or some other symbol of the blindlight. Contents optional.
Suggestion: For children, candy.
{Can also be used as an adjunct to The Black Mass --- perhaps filled with either entrails (taken from a butcher shop), &/or with bibles, xoid musak, &/or xian tracts}; then perhaps followed by a bonfire.
Suggested Time: Easter.
