How to make diagonal Scanlines
1. Click make a new image (click on file and then new) Then for the width and height put 4. Make the Backround transparent
2. Zoom in to 1600 percent and press D on your keyboard. Then click on pencil (or paintbrush) and make pixles going diagonally. (look at the pic below)
3. Click on Edit-Define pattern-and name it something like diagonal scanlines.
4. Then go to your image on photoshop and click on edit-fill. Click on custom pattern and choose the scanlines. click ok.
5. Click on fade fill under edit and choose your opacity.
6. You're done!!

2. Zoom in 1600 percent and press d on your keyboard. Then click on pencil and make a line on the right side of the pic and and anotherline on the bottom.
3. Click on Edit-Define pattern-and name it Grids.
4. Go to your image on photoshop and click on edit-fill. Click on custom pattern and choose grids. click ok.
5. Click on fade fill under edit and choose your opacity. yay youre done
Cleaning up pictures
1. duplicate your image
2. click on filter-noise-median and put 5 or whatever number u want.
3. for the blending mode on the 2nd layer, put multiply or soft light.
4. You're done!
Colorizing Images
1. Make a new layer on your image.
2. Click on the gradient or paint bucket tool and fill the whole layer.
3. On the blending mode, choose color.
4. You're done!
Motion lines!!
This can come in handy if you're making an action manga ^_^
1. Make a new layer on your image.
2. click on the paintbrush and draw some horizontal lines on the layer. (they don't have to be perfect)
3. click on filter-blur-motion blur and choose the distance. (i usually put something over 100.)
4. Yup then you're done
