So u wanna be out affiliate, eh? Well, all you have to do is follow these simple rules then fill out the form.
If you have Microsoft Outlook, the form may not work. If it does not work, email me the information on the form.
Rules
1. Absolutely NO hentai.
2. It does not have to be a graphics site if it has anime.
3. It must be related to anime, manga, html, or neopets.
4. You could use premade layouts, but please at least know how to make graphix!
5. You MUST update at least once every 2 months. If you don't, we'll think that you're dead then delete you from the affy list.
6. Your site must not take a long time to load. We don't want to wait forever just to see your site.
7. Type 'Mushrooms' in the comment box, so we know you read the rules! But you can also put anything else you want ^_^.
