| Gungrave Reviewer: Catastrophe Rating: 9.5/10 Gungrave the anime is based on the classic PS2 game which was a hit in Japan and America, gunrave is one of my favourite anime's because it has a real life taste to it, it shows of it's coolness with having gangs, warfare and money, the basic plot of any film nowadays in America, Gungrave unlike other anime's has realty to it, well- kind of, but if you were in the future, im sure you could bring back someone from the dead and turn them into a zombie! This may sound ridiculous, but hey! go watch the anime for yourslef and dont come to me saying, Catastrophe! im so sorry that anime rocked! You're probably wondering ok! I get the picture but what's this anime about! Well, look no further! Gungrave is about a young man called Brandon who is abit of a hooligan, he has a best Friend called Harry MacDowel, the two are very close and wont put up with getting pushed around on the streets, one day, a Gang take it too far and Kill Brandon's and Harry's close friends. The two decide that enough is enough and they decide to leave town when suddenly, Brandon's Secret love Maria's Uncle gets shot by the same Gang, when visiting her Uncle's Grave with Brandon and Harry they get raided by the same Gang! luckily, Maria's Uncle had a close friend who was the head of the city's biggest most powerful Gang- Millenion, the man was Big Daddy. He took maria to keep her safe, soon after, Harry decides to join Millenion, so does Brandon, in Millenion, the two progress and eventually after 5 years join Big Daddy's elite Forces called The Family. Brandon and Harry at this point fall apart and Maria is pregnant with Big Daddy! Harry gets bad thoughts into his minds, where after he kills Brandon, realising this, a doctor uses Necro Rise on Brandon, a process in which you bring the dead back to life as Zombie's, but for some reason, Brandon becomes a mutant rather than a Zombie, oh well! all the better for him! It's up to Brandon to destroy Harry MacDowel's Millenion! yes! you read this correctly, at this point, Harry takes over and shoots Big Daddy dead, but..... enough with the chit chat! go watch the anime!!!!
