The sawsnout lizardwhale is undoubtably one of the weirdest mosasaurs in existance. Its upper jaw is disproportionally long and armed with sharp outwards-pointing teeth. Sawsnout lizardwhales use this weapon to stun fast-moving prey and to rake out buried prey from the bottom.
