    The common pokemus (Pokemus vulgaris) is a ubiquitous fixture of the forests of central Asia.  Pokemuses are small (20 cm long) and highly adaptable, feeding upon small vertebrates, all manner of invertebrates, carrion, and even the young shoots of bamboo plants.
