Dragon Ball Blue Romz
Breath of Fire 2

Review:
Nowadays, sequels are becoming better than their predecessors; whereas way back in the early to mid nineties, sequels were always the low budget, “let’s make another few bucks off our first mega-million dollar hit”. That’s one reason why “Breath of Fire 2” is such a good game. Although it’s a sequel it’s MUCH better than the first game. Now, don’t get me wrong, the first “Breath of Fire” was an awesome game, but this game improves tenfold.
“Breath of Fire 2” really makes its mark in the gameplay and replay value department. In the game you will be building a town by inviting people to come and live at your hideout (no, not the Batcave). These people will all do something for your town, for instance-build a specialty shop, keep records of things you do in the game, even make statues of your characters!
The main game will give you hours of gameplay and unlike other games of it’s time, the game isn’t completely linear. You will have multiple sidequests to embark on that will add plenty of playtime to the game. There are multiple, interesting, characters to add to your party, each with their own skills and personalities. Also, once you reach a certain point in the game and get certain people to come live in your town, you will be able to combine your characters with certain people, changing their appearance and skills and stats. There are also two alternate endings… The battles can get slightly repetitive at times, though.
The plot goes something like this: You travel around with your friend named Bow (yes, he’s a dog-man). Bow is accused of stealing from a certain prominent man in town and it’s up to you to clear his name, or at least that’s how the game begins, but I won’t say any more.
If you’re looking for a game that you can really get into and spend some time on, this is it, and if you’ve played the original “Breath of Fire”, you will definitely want to see how much the game has improved (and for all you who have played the original, yes, you still get to use the dragons).
