Recently I discovered the benefits of being in good health.  I started a diet in August 2002 after being sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.  My goal has been to find a diet that would be a "change of life" diet rather than a simple "weight loss" diet.  After losing over 65 pounds I feel great, eat normally (healthy) and now I want to share my experiences with others.  This site is dedicated to overall personal health and is based on my own research and experiences and I hope you find it useful too.
