This weekend was the last race of the 2006 racing season.  I raced at the Ocala Crit and Road Races and I felt terrible and performed even worse than I felt.  I am truely glad this racing season is over and I can go back to base training and begin building up for next year.  I need to get in better shape but I also need an attitude adjustment as I have become very non-agressive during my racing due to lack of confidence.  If I can't re-gain my confidence I will even attempt to race next season.

As for this past season I at least accomplished my goals that I set at the begining of the season. 

1. I wanted to gain racing experience so I can be a better coach.
2. I wanted to upgrade to cat 4.  I have completed the races that I need to upgrade and will upgrade before next season.

I haven't decided what my goals are for next season but I will figure it out in the next couple of days and work on a training plan.
