Today was Sprint Practice.

Danae stayed with the first interval and did pretty well on the others.

David pulled too much on the first interval and struggled the remaining pulls. His best effort was the last interval where he stayed with Coach Dennis to the end.

I pulled strong for the first 3 intervals but didn't have it on the forth.
