Today both David and Danae were sick (sore throat and runny nose) and couldn't ride so I went to the team ride alone.  The team did the normal Sunday Bay Lake Loop which will be the last time before changing our training schedule in preperation for the fall racing season.  At around 10 miles I broke a rear spoke and had to make temporary repairs.  I was able to ride back to the house but now I need to look in to some type of repair.  Geez I wish I could get a new bike.  :(
