David and I rode the Bay Lake Loop. We both felt bad during and after the ride. I finished the helf-way srpint in second but had to stay out of the rotation to rest before the sprint. The final sprint I got dropped before the sprint even started. I felt VERY tired and ended up doing 10mph for the last 1/2 mile. Glad this weekend is over.
