David, Danae, and I rode from Dennis's house for 6x 2 minute intervals. Coach Keith was unable to ride (due to his heart condition) so I ended up riding with the junior alone. Ryan was haveing difficulties today so I stayed with him mostly and didn't get in a hard workout for myself so after the practice I went home and hit the trainer for my 6 intervals (boy I hate the trainer). All three of us felt pretty cooked after the practice.
