David, Danae, and myself attended the VA training crit. Danae dropped after 3 laps and David and I finished. I got 5th overall and David took 6th. The crit was difficult because it was a points race every 3 laps and we also had "a" racers attacking the field and leading out riders. I spoke to Z about the "a" racers and he said he would talk to them at the next race. David rode extremely well and finished ahead of me in the final sprint. Great training race.

After the "b" race I jumped in to the "a" race and completed 10 laps. I had no troubling hanging in the middle of the pack and while I was tired from my first race I was surprised how well I felt.
