Rode with the team from Dennis's house. We had a new junior (Jacob 14 y/o) show up and he rode strong for a beginner. We did 6 x 2 minute (above threshold) intervals. I was planning on skipping these intervals since I did them in the morning but I ended up doing them anyways but not as hard.
