We rode the Bay Lake loop today for around 60 miles. Danae and I started from County Line with Danae riding on the tandem. David started from Old Hwy 50 & Hancock and had a 44 mile ride. The ride was a steady 21 to 24 mph pace with a double rotating paceline. I felt pretty tired after the ride today and so did Danae. David seemed to feel somewhat better. On th eway back I hit a really bad pot hole and almost crashed. My rear wheel flatted and I did some damage to the wheel.
