The weather seemed ok for the ride so Danae, David, and myself went to practice. We did sprint intervals, 4 short and 4 long. I blew on the 2nd long sprint and was the leadout man for the remaining 2 sprints. I finished the 4th sprint better. David better than me but blew on the last sprint. Danae tried to stay on the back of the pack. This was a pretty hard effort. The weather ended up getting bad after the sprints and we even saw a funnel cloud. We took shelter and waiting a bit and then rode back in the rain.
