Did the junior practice today on the middle school track.  We worked on race attacks/tactics and the efforts were very hard.  After the skills practice Coach Bob and myself took the older juniors on a 2 hour ride in Clermont. We dropped Danae off at home after riding around 7 miles and David and myself finished the ride.  The ride pace held around 20mph.
