Family Wrestling tradition at Wayland-Cohocton.
A "Wrestling Mom" through and through, Coleen was
always there to support sons Chris, Mike, Andy and
Pat who all wrestled with distinction with the
Wayland Area Wrestling Youth Club as well as the
Wayland-Cohocton Varsity. For over 19 years, Coleen
was a primary, behind the scenes person responsible
for the "Great" food available at all WAWC
Tournaments. She served the WAWC in Public
Relations, as Secretary, Fund Raiser, Tournament
Organizer and in many other roles. Coleen is
also the Woman behind former Coach and
Hall-of-Famer Mike Swan, who she has supported,
encouraged and "coached" for all these years.
